SENDING DOCUMENTS

Messages displayed during sending____________

When your fax sends a document, the following messages are displayed as the call progresses.

The LCD tells you when scanning begins.

The fax is dialling the receiving party’s phone number.

The receiving party’s phone is ringing.

After a few moments the LCD begins changing every second.

After the document is sent, the fax beeps once (after manual sending only) and the LCD tells you when the
transmission has ended.
