While the Live View image is

button, you can also select the AF

The dedicated AF sensor is used to focus in the One-Shot AF mode
(p.84) in the same way (AF method on p.84, 86) as with viewfinder
shooting.
Although you can focus the desired area quickly,

the Live View image

will be interrupted momentarily during the AF operation

Display the Live View image.

Press the <

> button.

The Live View image will appear on
the LCD monitor.

The small box in the screen is the AF
point, and the larger box is the
magnifying frame (p.120).
