Tilt both the green pressure release levers on the fuser unit towards you to release the pressure in the
fuser unit.

Remove the jammed paper.

IMPORTANT

If the paper completely winds around the fusing roller and is impossible to be removed, contact your Canon dealer.

Return the green pressure release levers on the fuser unit to their original positions.
