Strange noise
The tank is not correctly connected.
Place it correctly and it has to fit
firmly to the base.
Resonance due to not enough water in the tank.
Add water to the tank.
The mist does not
rise
The knob for the mist level is set to the minimum
level.
Increase the level by turning the
knob.
The tank is not put correctly and doesn’t fit to the
base.
Take out the tank and replace it
so that it fits completely to the
base.
The fan does not work.
Contact the shop from which you
bought the product. Do not try to
repair it by yourselves.
