IDEAL FOR: gratin, grilled meat, fish, vegetables.
This function uses only the top heating element, and the grill level
can be adjusted. Use with the door closed. Place white meats at
a distance from the grill. Red meats and fish fillets can be placed
on the shelf with the drip tray underneath. Preheat for 5 minutes.
Turn food two thirds of the way through cooking (If necessary).

IDEAL FOR: whole pieces of meat (roasts).
Uses the top heating element with the fan to circulate the air
inside the oven. Use with the door closed. Slide the drip tray
under the shelf to collect juices. Turn food over halfway through

meats.
