SOLUTION

A) shock treatment with Granular Chlorine 

B) add Granular Chlorine, use SPA-BALL

C) add pH DOWN until pH level reads 7.2–7.6

D) add pH DOWN, adjust total alkalinity to 80–150 p.p.m.

E) dirty filter, replace filter

F) empty spa and refill

Use Chlorine Granules.

Squirt FOAM-FREE on foam. Use the SPA-BALL

Drain partially, add Granular Chlorine, correct pH level to

7.2–7.6 and alkalinity to 80–150 p.p.m.

Shock with Granular Chlorine

A) add pH up until level is 7.2–7.6

B) shock with Granular Chlorine, add disinfectant

Initial Start-up

When your spa is first activated the display will do a count sequence of M100, L232, V52, 1-3 afterwards a message will display 

‘RUN PUMPS PURGE AIR’ on Priming Mode - now press the JET Button to make sure the pump is running and water flowing from 

the jets. If there is no movement of water please visit our Service Portal: 

support.canadianspacompany.com

Priming Mode will run for approximately 5 minutes (Press TEMP-UP to skip Priming Mode) then the spa will begin to run Jets on 

low speed and after a few minutes the heater will start when in ‘R’ (Ready Mode).
