Now attach the rod system into ball tilt head
and tighten to secure it properly.
Then attach any leveling base of your choice
(Not Included)
to the camera Mount Hub and
secure it carefully by tightening the knob
using allen key, if required.
Attach both the round hooks with camera
hub and insert one end of both safety wires
into each hook.
NOTE: Although G-51 Gripper’s holding force is adequate for regular driving shots, safety wires must be
used for additional security. When mounted on cars, the objects attached to the Gripper (e.g. camera,
etc.) have to be secured additionally and also to avoid vibrations, especially on thin metal sheets.
Now attach both the C-Hooks with your
clamping surface and insert the other end of
both safety wires into each C-Hook.
Finally, using any of the 1/4”-20 or 3/8’’-16
screws located in the centre of camera hub,
attach your professional camera to the
gripper.
NOTE: The design and construction of this rig supports cameras up to 10kg/ 22lb (at running position)
& 20kg/ 44lb (at static position), and is meant for use when traveling at a maximum speed of 40 km/hr.
Do not exceed these specifications.
