1. Introduction
Please read the operating instructions carefully before putting the device into operation.
Incorrect or improper handling will void the warranty.

Note: If you have already installed similar products, the procedure may not
necessarily be the same as for this product.

Do not open the antenna cover. Opening the housing voids the warranty. In case of
repair, please contact your dealer.
–
The system should be installed by an authorized dealer. Installation by unqualified
personnel may result in damage to the antenna or the vehicle.
–
During installation, you should also connect the engine control cable to the ignition
plus of the vehicle. When the car engine is started, the system will automatically
retract the antenna and turn it off. Nevertheless, check that the antenna is retracted
before each journey!
–
This system is not suitable for use while the vehicle is in motion. Use while driving can
cause damage to the vehicle and endanger safety.
–
When installing the control unit, make sure that no heat accumulates. The air
around the housing must always be able to circulate.
–
If the antenna is covered with snow or ice, do not operate the system. Otherwise it
may cause permanent damage to the system.
–
The antenna unit mounted on the vehicle increases the overall height of the vehicle.
Always pay attention to the overall height when driving across a bridge, wooded
road or other.
