WARNING!
All maintenance operations shall be undertaken only by a service mechanic.
FAULTS CAUSE REMEDY
Breakage of the fuse inside the
converter. Take the converter to a Campagnola
Authorised Service point.
The converter does not switch on
Pole inversion in the connection to the
battery. Connect the cable to the battery poles
in the right way.
The converter has stopped
Electronic card overheating; heat
threshold overcome. Switch the tool off and let the converter
cool for some minutes.

- MAINTENANCE
6.1 Routine maintenance
WARNING!
All maintenance operations which are not described in this manual shall only be carried out by Authorized
Service Points.
6.1.1 Storing the unit and maintaining its battery set
Before storing the unit for a prolonged period:
• Carefully clean the converter box.
•
Store the unit in a dry place inside its case. Do not leave it under the rain..
6.2 Special maintenance

Point.
7- DISMANTLING AND DISPOSING OF THE COMPONENTS
7.1 General
At the end of its working life, the tool shall be dismantled.
The tool components shall be divided in order to dispose of them according to the materials they are made of (batteries,
metal, plastic, etc.) and in compliance with the regulations of the country where the tool was used.
7.2 Information for the end-users
According to
the Law Decree, art. 13 dated the 25th of july, 2005, no. 151 “Application of the
2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE and 2003/108/CE Directives about the use limitation of dangerous substances in
the electronic and electric devices and about the waste disposal”,
The symbol of the crossed waste-bin shown on the devices indicates that at the end of its working life the item has to
be collected separately. Therefore, the end-user shall carry it, with all its essential parts, to an electronic and electro-
technical waste disposal point or to a dealer, when buying a new, similar unit. The adequate selective
waste collection
for the following recycle, treatement and eco-friendly disposal helps avoid any negative impact on environment and
health and favours the item substances recycling. Any unauthorised disposal of the item by the end-user would cause
the application of a fee according to the Law Decree no. 22/1997” (art. 50 and following ones).
