1 - INTRODUCTION

1.5 Garantie

•

Les produits CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. sont garantis 1 ou 2 ans, en fonction de l’article choisi, à compter de la date d’achat

figurant sur la facture ou sur un autre document ayant une valeur légale.

•

Il est possible de faire jouer la garantie seulement si l’installation de la machine et/ou les équipements et leur utilisation

successive sont conformes aux instructions qui figurent dans le manuel d’utilisation et d’maintenance ou à des indications

écrites fournies par l’assistance technique agréée.

•

Les parties défectueuses à l’origine seront réparées ou remplacées gratuitement.

•

Les frais de main d’œuvre ne sont pas couverts par la présente garantie.

•

Toutes les parties soumises à l’usure et les frais de transport ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

•

Les éventuels coûts d’intervention des techniciens du fabricant (inspection des installations, démontages et remontages)

à cause de dysfonctionnements ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

•

L’assistance technique autorisée estimera au cas par cas, à son jugement sans appel, les interventions qui pourront être

exécutées sous garantie.

•

La garantie exclue toute responsabilité pour les dommages directs et indirects causés aux personnes et/aux choses, suite

à une utilisation ou à un entretien inadapté de la machine et/ou de l’équipement et est limitée aux défauts de fabrication.

•

La garantie échoit en cas d’altérations et/ou de modifications (même imperceptibles) et en cas d’utilisation de pièces de

rechange non originales.

•

La garantie ne couvre ni le remplacement de la machine ni celui de l’équipement.

Au moment de la demande de réparation sous garantie, conformément aux dispositions mentionnées ci-dessus, le

produit à réparer doit toujours être accompagné du certificat de garantie correctement rempli, et d’une preuve d’achat
