5. Check the bolts/screws
Check that all the screws are properly tightened.
In case of damage or loose bolts/screws, replace/tighten the

6. Regularly check the hydraulic circuit for any leaks
Check the hydraulic circuit for any leaks.
Never try and search for leaks or plug a leak by hand. Liquids under high pressure can easily
penetrate skin and clothing, and may cause serious injuries.
Replace any damaged hydraulic hoses to prevent them from breaking and causing any
accidents.
May only be done by a qualified service technician and according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Oil level
Regularly check the oil level of the hydraulic system of your lifting device.
Can be done by the user.
Dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance with local regulations.
8. Check the hydraulic oil
In case of dirt in the hydraulic system, it is necessary to change the oil completely.
It is forbidden to change the hydraulic oil yourself.
May only be carried out by a qualified service technician and according to the manufacturer’s
instructions.
