4.3 Disassemble Steps
Note: The following steps apply to PH660/DH630 Radio.
1. Rotate the volume knob count-clockwise to power off the radio;

of main PCB
Remove the screws
of LCM
End
Remove the FPC of
accessory interface
Remove the
main PCB
Remove the
speaker
Remove the PTT button
and Side Key
Remove
the LCM
Remove the FPC of
keypad
Remove the FPC of
keypad
Remove the
battery
Remove accessory
interface cover
Remove the
keypad
Remove the
MIC
Remove the screws of
keypad
Desoldering the MIC lead
and speak lead
Remove the
FPC of LCM
Start
Power off the
radio
Remove the
clip
Remove the
antenna
Remove the coding knob
and the volume knob
Remove the screws of
aluminum cover
Remove the three
screws on the top
Remove the
aluminum cover
