3.9 OPTIONAL REMOTE SENSOR BOX
A remote sensor box is available allowing the air temperature and humidity
sensors to be mounted in the pool hall. This may be beneficial if the sensors
located within the Variheat cabinet are not able to get a representative
measurement of the conditions. When using 0.5mm² cable, the maximum total distance between the sensors
and their terminals is 20 metres.
After the Remote Sensor Box has been connected it may be necessary to
calibrate the sensor offsets. See Advanced Settings, OFFSETS for how to do
this.
