This heater is designed to operate at 240 volts. A
lower voltage prevents the heater from operating
correctly.
The tap water temperature is too high.
Check if the flow is too low, the temperature
adjustment is too high, or if there is an internal
fault. If the problem persists, contact a qualified
electrician.
It turns off during use

Check the power supply and the breaker. If the

The water has stopped flowing.
Blockage in the tubes or pipes.
Check that the water supply valve is completely
open and there are no obstructions in the supply
line..
There is no water supply.
There is no hot water with the
unit’s shut-off valve completely
open.
