1 - Secure the body posts [103] to the front bumper [83] and the
tweak plates [25] with the steel button head screws [28]. The tweak
plates have four body mount locations to accommodate numerous
body sizes and styles. Choose the hole that will work best with your
body.
2 - Thread the 1/8” set screw [105] into the plastic collars [104].
Adjust the collar up and down the body post to accommodate the
body shell used. Lock the collar with the set screw.

1 - Use the 4-40 x 3/8” red cap head screws [106] to bolt the rear wheels to the hubs.
2 - Insert the flanged bearings [108] into the front wheels. Place a 3/16” shim [107] over
the axle, then the front wheel, & then a red locknut [9] last. The front wheels should spin
very free. Do not over-tighten the front wheel nuts so that the bearings are pinched.
