IX.2. Forced reduced speed digital input (RS=Reduced Speed) (DI3)
The forced reduced speed external control is used to force the unit to operate in reduced speed.
This function is active when the contact is closed.
It has priority on timer settings. It does not have priority if the operation of the unit is already in
normal speed by timer.
