Basic operation
With the connections and settings described below, you can use a mic to sing along with
audio data played by your computer, and use your software to record your voice into the
computer.

[GUITAR/MIC] Switch
Set to MIC .
[SAMPLE RATE] Switch
Set to match the sample rate of the recording software you’re using.
* After changing the setting of the [SAMPLE RATE] switch, you must disconnect the UA-1G’s
USB cable from your computer and then reconnect it.
[REC SOURCE] Switch
Set to ANALOG .
* Minimize the volume of the connected monitor speakers or other audio equipment before
you change the setting of the [REC SOURCE] switch.
