This product has a
4 year limited warranty
from the date of purchase.
Limited Warranty
The product you have purchased has been guaranteed by the manufacturer for the
warranty period stated starting on the date of purchase against defects in
workmanship and/or materials. If a manufacturer defect is found in an end-user
replaceable part, you will be sent a new part without charge, not a replacement fan. If a
replacement part is required, it will only be shipped to the country where the product
was purchased. For example, if you purchased the product in Canada and need a
replacement part sent to you, a Canadian shipping address must be supplied.
Only parts that prove to be defective during the period of guarantee will be replaced
without charge.
This guarantee does not apply if damage occurs during shipping, from abuse, misuse
or from unauthorized repairs made or attempted. The product is also not guaranteed
for damage that occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation.
This guarantee does not apply if the product is used in commercial or industrial
applications.
This guarantee does not apply to excessive use scenarios where the product is
operated for more than 12 hours per day on a daily basis.
When goods are sold in AU or NZ, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
