5. Connect to a WiFi network with Internet capabilities. If required, enter the password for

the network.

NOTE:

Use care when selecting characters on the virtual keyboard.

6. Return to the main Settings menu by selecting the

Go back

icon in the top left corner of

the Settings window with air tap along with gaze.

7. Select the

Update & Security

icon with air tap along with gaze.

8. Select the

Check for updates

button with air tap along with gaze even if it says “You’re up

to date.” If any HoloLens operating system updates are available, they begin to download

and install.

NOTE:

This step could take more than 20 minutes to complete.
