Troubleshooting
Problem Recommended solution
Water flow is weak or doesn’t flow at all Make sure there is enough water in the
bucket with the water pump.
Make sure the water pump is connected to
a power supply.
Make sure all water tubes are connected
properly.
Clean the nozzles and Y-splits with the
included pipe cleaner.
Drip pans do not drain Shake the drip pan tubes to start the flow
while tilting the drip pans upwards.
Make sure the drip pan tubes are angled
downwards. Tubes should also be cut to
length after setting up the unit.
Clean the drip pan outspout.
Nozzle/water system parts are loose or
fall off
We suggest using Teflon tape and
wrapping the portion of the nozzle that is
inserted into the Y-split with enough tape
to secure the fit.
