FREERIDE ISTRUCTION
1 Clear visor assembly and disassembly instruction
1.1 Starting either from the right or left side , remove the small rubber cap A (Pic. 1)
1.2 Insert the visor mechanism B (Pic.2)
1.3 Hook the visor as shown (Pic.3)
1.4 Place the ratchet C, then fasten properly the black screw (Pic.4)
1.5 Repeat the above steps on the opposite side.
1.6 To remove the visor please repeat the above steps in reverse.
2 Instruction to remove the washable inner lining
2.1 To remove the inner lining you can start either from the right or left cheek side.
2.2 Release the cheek pad from the button on the back. Repeat the same operation on
the other side cheek pad. (Pic.5)
2.3 Slip off the chin strap from the loop. Repeat the same step on the other side
2.4 Starting from the neck pad protection, release the inner lining by pulling slightly
towards the inside of the helmet. (Pic.6)
2.5 Remove completely the inner lining by pulling down the lining plastic frame on the
front
3 Instruction to assemble the washable inner lining.
3.1 Place the lining inside the helmet
3.2 Slip the chin strap through the cheek pads loops. (Pic.7)
3.3 Insert the lining plastic strip frame on the front between shell and EPS (Pic.8), then
do the same operation for the plastic frame on the neck side; lastly fasten the buttons on
the back of cheek pads.
CLEANING THE WASHABLE LINING
• Scrub by hand with neutral soap and water (max 30° C).
• Rinse with cold water. Do not wring. Dry at room temperature.
CAUTION! Never wash the lining in the washing machine. Never use petrol or
other solvents to clean the lining.
