1. Loosen the screw 1 of the cable clamp until the motor cable can be
conducted out of the cable clamp (fig. 49).
2. Disconnect the plug connection 2 .

51.2.2 Removing the rear wheel
1. Perform the preparatory work for your model

2. Loosen the screws on the axle and remove the rear wheel downwards
from the slides at the dropout. The belt is automatically slackened by
the inclined opening of the slide (fig. 51).
3. Remove the belt from the rear belt pulley and remove the rear pulley.

51.3 Rear wheel installation
1. Place the belt on the front and rear belt pulley.
2. Insert the rear wheel into the openings of the dropout slides (fig. 51),
carefully inserting the brake disc between the brake pads.

Make sure that the anti-rotation devices on both sides point downwards
and are correctly seated in the dropouts (fig. 52).
3. Then load the e-bike with your body weight so that the rear axle glides
all the way into the opening of the slide at the dropouts and the belt is
tensioned again.
• Press on the saddle from above (fig. 53).
• Let a second person help you if necessary.
4. Tighten the screws on the axle with the appropriate torque

51.3.1 Follow-up work

1. Press the lug of the switch mechanism 1 clockwise so that the switch
cable relaxes (fig. 47).
2. Hook the end of the cable 2 into the cable drum of the hub and then
the rubberised end of the shift cable cover 3 into the black sheet metal
flap 4 .

2. Fasten the motor-side cable in the cable clamp and tighten the screw
1 of the cable clamp. Make sure that the cable is routed correctly, both
in the frame and on the slide.
