To do the self-calibration, press and hold " " key for 5 seconds, the temperature controller
will start the self-calibration, a “SLF” character will displayed in the temperature display
window. After self-calibration completed, the temperature controller will work with the new
PID parameters.
Note: The self-calibration need be carried out when the water bath in the status of heating.

The procedure of system booting and working
1) Start the supporting recirculating chiller
2) Start the supporting circulating water vacuum pump
3) Start the rotating speed controlling
4) Start the temperature controlling
5) Follow the steps above, the system will start running.

System shutdown procedure
1) Adjust the temperature setting value to be below the indoor temperature, press the “SET”
key on the water bath control panel to stop heating, then stop the power supply for the water
bath.
2) Adjust the rotating speed knob to the minimum position, stop rotating. Press the " " key on
the up and down control panel in figure 5 to lift the rotatory bottle.
3) Loosen the glass feeding valve to release the vacuum status.
4) Switch off the supporting circulating water vacuum pump and the recirculating chiller
5) Remove the rotatory bottle. Lift the hook of the rotatory bottle coupler, carefully remove the
rotatory bottle and clean it up
VI. Maintenance and management
To keep this rotary evaporator running normally and to get a longer product life, the user should keep
