15.2 Decommissioning, permanent
For permanent decommissioning, observe the national regulations of
the country in which the device is being used. The materials used are:
metals, plastics, glass

Risk of death by electric shock!
► Only qualified staff may remove the unit.

Disconnect the unit from the power supply
before any disassembly work.
► Discharge live components through earthing.
► Wear personal protective equipment.
15.3 Disposal
NOTE

At the end of the product life cycle, ensure that
it is properly disposed of or recycled.

Observe the legal disposal guidelines for the
country in which the product is used.

Metals, plastics, glass.
15.4 Disposing of electric discharge lamps
The products we deliver to you (Bewades electric discharge lamps)
are classified at the registration department as B2B products. You are
responsible for proper disposal at the end of the lamps’ service life.
Ensure environmentally sound disposal in accordance with the Electrical
and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) (WEEE reg. no. DE 80428986).
