1. Checklist
Before you start installing the PCI Duo/TP, verify the package contains the following items:
-- PCI Duo/TP Board
-- LAN Driver Diskette
-- This User's Manual
Please notify your sales representative immediately if any of the aforementioned items is missing or
damaged.
2. Overview
Ethernet 10 Mbps Duo/TP is a PCI Ethernet board; the PCI bus design allows Duo/TP board to
transfer data between the network and station at PCI system clock speed with high throughput rate.
PCI Duo board is equipped with TP RJ-45 and coaxial BNC connectors, while PCI TP board is
equipped with TP RJ-45 connector only. The Link LED will light up when UTP/STP cable connection is
good and Act LED blinks to indicate the board/network activity status.
