2.7. Power Supply

MR36 re10 V DC to +30 V DC supply. The protection against reversal

of polarity without signaling is built in the modem.

The power consumption during receiving is 1W. The peak power consumption during

data sending is 3.5W. For correct operation it is necessary that the power source is able to
supply a peak current of 500mA.

Additional possibility to provide power supply without external power plug – connect

MR36 to DiREX-Pro DVR with provided RJ45-SubD cable (please refer to section 2.10.2):
