3.5.2 Configuring the Schedule
Before entering any values on the Schedule configuration page it is best to perform a
‘Read-All’ operation using the menu selection ‘Communications > Read All’ in order
to fill the schedule page with all current settings in the RDS2 unit.
After this has been done, configuring the Schedule can be done in the following
simple steps:
1.
Decide on the PSN page that needs to be broadcast. This may relate to the
audio program being broadcast at a particular time or may be part of a standard
advertising rotation.
2.
In the ‘Schedule’ configuration page select the required day from the tabbed
options.
3.
Within the day, scroll and select the required starting time for your timeslot.
4.
Click on the ‘Page’ column in the timeslot and select your required PSN page
from the available list.
5.
Click on the ‘Enabled’ column. Double-click on the ‘No’ to change the value
to ‘YES’.
After all schedule changes have been made, click on the SEND button to program the
updated schedule into the RDS2 unit.
