  After the first time you remove the 

aluminum cone, replace the small metal 
screws with #4-

40 x 1/4” SHCS with 

washers and hex nuts. Enlarge the holes in 
the tailpipe with a #33 bit.  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

  Reinstall with the 4-40 parts as shown. 

Apply a drop of Z-42 to secure the threads.  

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
NOTE: Engine and Bypass must be removed to remove or install the tailpipe.
