Safety Information for first use

Sometimes during shipment air can get into the hydraulic system, causing poor lifting performance.

Purge any air from the system by turning the jack handle one full turn anti-clockwise.   With the saddle

down pump the handle rapidly 8 full strokes.  Turn the jack handle clockwise to close the valve.  Pump

the jack handle until the saddle reaches  max height and continue to pump several times to remove

trapped air in the ram.  Carefully and slowly pinch oil fill plug to release the trapped air.  Turn handle

anti-clockwise and lower saddle completely.  Finally turn handle clockwise to closed position and check

for correct pump action.  This procedure may have to be performed more than once to ensure all the air

is evacuated.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read-Study and understand all warning and operating instructions prior to use.

DO NOT OVERLOAD

this jack beyond its rated capacity.   This jack is designed for use on hard level

surfaces only.   This is a lifting device only.   The load must be supported immediately by other appropriate

means such as correctly rated axle stands.

DO NOT

move or dolly the vehicle while on the jack: Lift only

on areas of the vehicle as specified by the vehicle manufacturer. No alterations to the jack shall be made.

Failure to heed these warnings may result in damage to jack and/or failure resulting in personal injury or

property damage. Always Inspect the jack before each use.

OPERATING THE JACK

1.     Prior to operating the jack, remove any accumulated air from the system as follows:

(a)   Insert the handle into the socket and fix it with the screw provided.

(b)   Pull the handle and turn it clockwise.  Whilst held in this position, pump the jack several times to

ensure internal lubrication and bleed the accumulated air from the system.

2.     Release the handle and it will automatically return back to the initial position (dead man principle).

The jack is now ready to be used.

         Important:

Prior to lifting the load, ensure that all of the above safety instructions are followed.

3.     The wheel of the jacks should always rotated freely.

4.     This jack is fitted with a foot pedal that gives a faster approach to the load.

5.     For lifting, move the handle up and down using the full stroke range of the piston for greater speed

(See Fig 2).  Always secure the load with correctly rated axles stands (See Fig 3)

6.     Before lowering, lift the vehicle to remove the axle stands, ensuring that there are no persons or

obstacles under the vehicle to be lowered.   Pull the handle and turn it clockwise( See Fig 4)

7.     Our jacks are fitted with 2 safety device LCS that functions automatically and offers smooth and

         uniform lowering.

8.     Once the vehicle has been lowered release the handle and it will automatically return back to the

         initial position.
