1.2 Features
1.2.1 Vacuum Table Belts
The table belts, which transport the product past the inkjet imaging region, are equipped with
vacuum to provide positive adhesion to the base. This helps ensure accurate placement of
the image on the product.
1.2.2 Controller
The BK76IB is completely modular and was designed to accommodate the BK700 portable
controller. Alternatively, the BK760 can be purchased which includes a built-in controller
capable of supporting up to four inches of Apollo print.
1.2.3 Complete Instrument Panel
All necessary controls required to operate the unit are easily accessible to the operator on a
central instrument panel. The control panel comes complete with rocker switches, large
pushbuttons, and variable speed potentiometers for machine/conveyor speed regulation.
1.2.4 BK1600 Series Conveyor Compatibility
The BK760 / BK76IB is fully compatible with any BK1600 series conveyor from a 6-foot
model through to an 18-foot model. It is electrically integrated through a 7-pin circular
connector and can be controlled from the base.
1.2.5 Tabber and Inkjet Compatibility
The BK760 / BK76IB is compatible with all Buskro Tabbers and transport bases. It is
electrically integrated through the upstream and downstream connections in order to directly
start or stop the entire system.
