Command list
7.4.1 Value setting / reading
A (?) <DNPD>
This command sets a resistance (resistance function) or temperature value (temperature sensor
simulating mode).
<DNPD>
Represents a resistance value in Ohm or a simulated temperature in °C. If the temperature mode is
activated, both negative and positive values are acceptable.
At resistance mode only positive values are acceptable.
The limit values are shown in chapter 9: “Specifications”.
In case of a command, the decade confirms the correct setting with the string „Ok <cr><lf>”.
In case of a query, the 1427 returns the set resistance/temperature value in the same format as it is set
for the display (number of decimal places).
For example the value -120
°
C is returned as -120.000<cr><lf>. Positive numbers are sent without polarity
sign.
Example:
The command “A123.564 <cr>” sets the temperature 123.564
°
C, if the decade is in temperature
simulation mode.
If the decade is in resistance mode, 123.564
Ω
will be set.
If only the query „A?<cr>” is sent, the decade returns the response in the format
„123.564<cr><lf>”.
