clockwise to the “HI” position. You will hear the constant clicking sound
of the ignition. The burner will ignite. Release the button.
5. Repeat this step 3 or 4 times if the burner does not ignite immediately.
6. CAUTION: If the burner does not ignite after repeated attempts, turn the
knob clockwise to the “OFF” position and close the gas cylinder valve.
Wait 5 minutes and then start again from Step 3.
7. Adjust the heat by turning the control knob to the desired setting bet-
ween the highest (“HI”) and lowest (“LO”) levels.
OPERATING THE PIZZA OVEN WITH THE GAS MODULE
CAUTION: Always wear fireproof gloves when using the pizza oven.
1. Pre-heat the pizza oven at full heat for 10-15 minutes (control knob on
“HI”) with the door closed.
2. Open the door and slide the pizza to the centre of the stone. Thanks to
the constant heat provided by the gas module, you can bake your pizza
both with the door open and with the door closed.
3. Turn the pizza various times during the baking process for an even result.
If the door is closed, you can check the progress of your pizza through the
air flap.
4. Your pizza will be done in 2-5 minutes depending on the temperature of
the pizza oven and the thickness of the pizza dough.
SWITCHING OFF THE PIZZA OVEN
1. To switch off the pizza oven, close the valve on the gas cylinder.
2. Press down the control knob on the gas module and keep it pressed down
while turning it clockwise to “OFF” position.
3. Open the pizza oven door and allow the oven to cool down completely for
about 30 minutes.
