Assembly
1. Insert the pump hose
into the pump head
.
2. Cut the suction hose
off to the required length and
attach it to the pump hose
with the hose connector

3. Fix the bottle basket
in place with the tightener
.
4. Place the sample bottle
in the bottle basket
.
5. Insert the pump hose
about 1 - 3 cm into the
sample bottle
.
6. Place the pump attachment
in the holder
of
the Bosch drive unit
. Turn the locking ring

until you hear it snap into place.
Safe sampling
1. Set the gear selector switch

to „Gear 1“ (low
speed range).
2. Lower the suction hose
into the sample liquid.
3. Press the On/Off switch

Do not load the suspension too heavily (max. 2 kg).

Check the bottle basket to ensure it is properly
seated. Allow the end of the holding rod to
protrude out about 5 cm upward.

Wear appropriate protective clothing.

Allow the pump hose to protrude loosely into the
sample bottle.

Bursting of hoses and hose connectors due to wear
or chemical stress.

Carry out a visual inspection every time before using.

Risk of atomisation. Ingress of liquids in the instrument.

In case of uncontrolled escape of hazardous
liquid, interrupt the sampling immediately and
remove the Bosch drive unit.
