Step 5:
Place an End Bracket (REP-05) onto each end of the 30-Lite Side Rails as
shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x .75” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock washer
and a flat washer into each of the eight designated holes as shown below. See
Exploded View 4 for stack up.
Only tighten fasteners finger tight for now.
Step 6:
Place a Center Support (RCP-04) on the underside of the 30-Lite Side Rails
as shown below. Then place a 3/8-16 x .75” UNC Hex head fastener with a lock
washer and a flat washer through both parts and capture it on the underside with a
3/8-16 UNC Hex nut as shown below. See Exploded View 5 for stack up.
Only tighten
fasteners finger tight for now.
