Gear-shift and brake cables
Carry out regular maintenance on all break and gear-shift cables. Have defective parts
replaced at a professional bike workshop. This may be necessary especially if the bike is often
left outdoors and is exposed to the effects of the weather.
Bearings
All bearings on the bike, such as the headset, wheel hubs, pedals and bottom brackets, are
subject to function-related wear which depends on the intensity and duration of use and how
well the bike is looked after. Check these parts regularly.
Clean and lubricate them regularly.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Have your Benelli by Buffalo Corp eBike serviced regularly. The schedule in the table below is
a rough guide for cyclists who ride their bicycle between 500 - 1,000 Miles or 50 - 100 hours of
use a year. Riding more often or on poor road services will require maintenance more
frequently. To ensure safety during riding, please check all screws and moving parts every
month. Routine maintenance on brake, transmission and others shall be guaranteed to keep
normal functions of all parts any time.
