5.0 Maintenance
5.1 Periodic maintenace
Before any kind of service or adjustment, remove the battery from the power unit.
Preventive maintenance should be performed according to the recommended intervals. This is
important for maintaining a well-functioning function and quality, without unnecessary stops
and interruptions.
Description Interval Measure
Die and die holder Daily Inspect and clean if
necessary (dirt, chips,
deposits, galvanized
residues).
Punch Daily Check the punch
Stripper spring Every week Make sure the stripper
spring is free from cracks
and deposits.
After abt 20 000 cycles or
when changing punch Change stripper spring
Battery Daily or when the indicatior
light flashes. Change the battery to a full
charge. Put the replaced
battery in the charger.
