Why am I no longer getting sound through my PC?
Check you have reset your preferred sound playback to your PC sound card.
I am not able to hear Internet radio stations?
Check you have an active Internet connection.

I am not able to hear any audio through the DMP?
Check that the output is selected to be the DMP.
I am hearing a lot of static on the DMP?
Check that both the DMP and the application are on the same radio channels.
I am hearing interference from the USB pod?
Move the USB pod away from your PC tower or monitor.
My PC automatically reboots and the DMP software does not run, why?
You are probably connecting your USB pod to a USB hub. It is recommended that the DMP is connected
directly to one of the PC USB ports.
