Problems

Possible cause

Buzzing noise on my 

Sometimes, your BT Freelance XD 510 can interfere

radio, TV, computer 

with other electrical equipment if it is placed too

or hearing aid

close. It is recommended that you place your 
BT Freelance XD 510 at least 2-3 metres away from
such appliances to avoid any risk of interference.

The charger does not 

Check that the power adaptor is properly plugged

into the charger and the handset has slotted correctly

Check the handset batteries are correctly fitted.

Check the base is plugged into a working socket and
that the socket is switched on.
