Handset settings
The default ringtone for
external
calls is Melody 1.
The default ringtone for
internal
calls is Melody 5.
The default ringer volume is 3.
If the ringer is switched off, the
icon is displayed to remind you.
Using the
Handset
menu you can change the settings
of your handset.
Ringtone
You can choose from 5 melodies. You can set different
melodies for internal and external calls.
1. Press

Handset
and press
OK
.

Internal
or
External
and press
OK
.
3. Scroll

to the melody you want. A sample is
played. Press

to confirm.

Ringer volume
There are five handset ringer volume levels and ‘Off’.
If you select ‘Off’, only the base will ring (unless you
have set the base ringer to ‘Off’ as well,
see page 30
).
