To delete a number in the
calls list
Press the
CALLS LIST
button to enter the calls
list, or press the
INT ,
SET
and
2
buttons.
Scroll through the calls
list using the
UP
and
DOWN arrows until the
number you require is
displayed.
Press the
MORE
OPTIONS button.
Press the DOWN button
to highlight
Delete
Number
.
Press the
OK
button.
You hear a confirmation
beep and the display
returns to the calls list.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to
standby.

To copy a number from the
calls list to the directory
Press the button to
enter the calls list, or
press the
INT
,
SET
and
2 buttons.
Scroll through the calls
list using the
UP
and
DOWN arrows until the
number you wish to
copy is displayed.
Press the MORE
OPTIONS
button.
Press the DOWN
button to highlight
Copy to Dir
.
Press the OK button.
KEYPAD
Enter a name for the
number (see page 20).
Press the MORE
OPTIONS
button.
Highlight
Save Entry
.
Press the
OK
button to
confirm. You will hear a
confirmation beep.
Press the
RED PHONE
button to return to
standby.

Note
Once you have returned a call
from the calls list it is deleted from
the calls list.
