Description of double player transport
1- ON/OFF SWITCH
When power button is depressed, the player is on and Operational.
When power button is on the player is off and cannot be used.
2- CD ACCESS DRAWER
The access drawer allows for positioning of CD’s to go in a play
mode. The drawer must be handled with care to prolong the changing
mechanism’s life.
Description of control console
For easy control . This controller was twin-designed to command
both Players separately.
1 - SECTION 1
The whole left side of the controller commands the left-hand side of
the double player block.
2 - SECTION 2
The whole right side of controller commands the right-hand side of
the double player block.
3 - DRAWER CONTROLS
Press open/close to open corresponding drawer. Press it again to
shut drawer. DJ. Safety: during play , this function is locked in “close”
mode. The opening of the drawer is only possible when player is
stopped.
Do not press drawer closed. It could damage the mechanism’s rails.
4 - FUNCTIONS DISPLAY
When unit is powered on and no CD is in the drawer. The message
“no disc” is displayed. If CD is incorrectly positioned the message
“error” or “no disc” may be displayed.
Above “track” the number of tracks on CD will be shown.
Above “m” (minutes), “s” (seconds) and “f” the total duration of the
CD.
Followed by the number of seconds. Will be shown. When user
selects a track, its number is displayed.
5 - PLAY/PAUSE
Press “play/ pause” to start play. Press it to pause, and unit is left
ready with position in memory (the indicator light blinks on “pause”).
6 - SELECTING TRACKS
To hear a track from its beginning, first select it with the controls until
its number is diplayed. A touch on the button to the right selects the
following track, and so on. A touch on the button to the left selects
the preceding track. A touch while unit is playing will select track to
the beginning.
7 - SEARCH
Press either one of these “«” “»” during play and player will fast
forward or fast rewind. With steady pressure you can even skip over
successive tracks. When in PAUSE mode, these control are used
for step-by step fine positioning.
8 - DURATION
During play, the display shows time remaining until end of track or
program. A touch on the “time” switch will display the time elapsed.
A second touch, remaining time will display until end of CD.
9 - SINGLE OR LONG PLAYING
This control allows user to select playing functions, either continuous
or single mode. In this mode the message “PLAY 1” is displayed.
Player will set itself on PAUSE after playing single.
10 - PROGRAMMING & STOP: PROG
Press CONTROL for more than 3 seconds sets player in STOP
mode. If player is in STOP mode, press “PROG” quickly and player
is set in PROGRAMMING mode (message “PROG” is displayed).
Track controls allow user to go forward or backwards for selection.
To memorize selected track, press “PROG”. You can memorize up
to 16 tracks this way.
During programming, the display shows PROGRAM NUMBER on the
right side and TRACK NUMBER on the left side. At this point,
pressing “TIME” allows user to visualize steps already programmed.
To start program playing, press “PLAY”. To cancel programming
function, set player in stop mode and press “TIME”.
11 - PITCH
Press PITCH” to activate the speed control of CD player, allowing
speed variations (± 16%). The indicator lights up.
Control pitch with linear cursor to achieve desired effect. Any action
on linear cursor triggers a 2-second display of percentage value of
speed variation. If “PITCH” indicator is not lit up, cursor action will be
without result.
12 - PITCH BEND
For each player, there is a command handle called “JOYSTICK” and
the “+” and “-” on this joystick (left and right) allow for electronic
variation of playing speed. The “PITCH BEND’ function allows user
to synchronize two CD player’s speed, or a CD with a turntable,
according to their respective tempos.
13 - CUE
This control allows memorization of a position “A” for use with the
LOOP” function, creating a playing loop. Set player on “PAUSE” and
select desired position with Track controls, then press “CUE”.
Indicator lights up, position “A” is memorized. During play, press to
bring player back to position “A” and set it in PAUSE mode.
14 - LOOP
This control allows memorization of position “B” to be used with
“CUE” function to create a playing loop.
Once position “A” is memorized, set to play, then press “LOOP” when
desired position is reached. Indicator blinks while loop is playing.
To Cancel loop, press “LOOP” again.

Do not plug player in until all connections are effected and verified
between player and mixer.
1 - AC POWER (LINE IN):
Do not plug in unit before making sure of power source, thus avoiding
serious problems. The connector allows plugging in. A fuse is
included in this connector.
2 - LINE OUT (MODULATION OUTPUT):
Cinch connectors (widely known under the RCA name) deal with the
output signals from each channel of each CD player. They must be
connected to the corresponding input proper on your mixer.
3 - AUTO/START:
Those mini (3.5mm) jacks tie in with the AUTO/START function on
your mixer to remotely control the PLAY/PAUSE function when
activation the proper switch.
4 - SELECTOR :
This is an auto-start selection inverter (intermittent or sustained)
5 - CONTROLLER UNIT OUTPUTS:
8-pronged Mini Din connectors deal with tie-in with controller in it.
Verify connections with both CD players.
6 - DIGITAL OUTPUTS:
The connectors for output are coaxial audionumeric outputs.
