Turn the lever horizontally to squeeze the product. (See Fig.)

On finishing squeezing turn the ratchets back to the starting
position.

Remove the blocks and semí-discs. Open the cage by lifiing
the hooks and clean the entire unit before starting a new
squeezing cycle.

PLACING OUT OF SERVICE

At the end of the season or before a long period of inactivity of the equipment, it is recommended to:

1)

Carefully clean and dry the equipment. (IMPORTANT: the wooden parts must be completely dry)

Carefully check the equipment and replace any damaged and/or worn parts

Tighten all the nuts, bolts and screws

Carefully grease the equipment and then cover the entire unit (do not use a nylon cover) and place
it in a dry environment.

IMPORTANT

Careful carrying out the operations will result in perfect working order of the equipment and that it is
ready for use the next time.
