The remaining quantities can also be
estimated by checking the markings on
the tape cassettes, fabric ribbon cassettes
and ink ribbon cassettes.

Installing the Printer

Driver and Software

For Windows

The printer driver and software can be
installed using a USB cable connection or a
wired network connection.

Insert the installer CD-ROM into your
CD-ROM drive. If the language screen
appears, choose your language.

NOTE

If the installer screen does not
automatically appear:

• Windows Vista

Display the contents of the CD-ROM drive
folder, and then double-click [

start.exe

• Windows
