3.8 PRINT 1 Mode (30 mm/sec) ([5] key):
Required on the Production Line
Use 24 mm laminate black ink ribbon tape. This inspection checks the print quality
when the print speed is 30 mm/sec.
Be sure to provide power supply of DC12.0V ±0.1V for the inspection from DC power.
"! Wrong AC Adapter ! Connect compatible AC Adapter" appears when the power
supply not DC power is provided.
If the installed tape is not TZe laminate black ink ribbon tape, inspection does not
start.
Error message: "! Tape Not Detected ! Check if TZe compatible tape is installed
correctly" will be shown when other tape or no tape is installed. Refer to the figure
below for print samples. Tape width should be 6 mm to 24 mm.
Automatically after printing the display shown in < Figure 3.6-17 > or by pressing the [5]
key, display shown in < Figure 3.8-1 > appears.
