When tightening the two set screws 
11, first turn the pulley approximately 
10 times to the position where it turns 
smoothly. 

Fit the beveled side of the 
slide block into the groove 
on the slide block guide 1.

 

After securing the needle bar, position 
the slide block guide 1 so that the 
machine pulley turns smoothly, and then 
tighten the two bolts 2.
