REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO REPLACE AGITATOR BRUSHES 

(CT1200 type)

Remove the E-clip from the agitator
shaft by using a pick. (Fig. 44)

When replacing the brush, replace all four
brushes at the same time for more efficient
cleaning.

Then pull out the agitator shaft from the
right end as shown. (Fig. 45)
Take care not to deform the agitator
shaft.

Pull or pry out the main pulley and the
brush rotor B from agitator pipe.

Now the brushes can be easily
removed. (Fig. 47)

After inserting the new brushes, rein-
stall the main pulley and the brush
rotor B. Make sure they are completely
and firmly inserted. (Fig. 48)

Reinstall other parts using the reverse procedure. Always fasten the E-clip on the shaft
before reinstalling the agitator assembly.
