You can register up to 300 email addresses and enter a name for each address.
1. Do one of the following:

Windows

Click

Brother Utilities

on your desktop, and then click the drop-down list and select your model

name (if not already selected). Click Tools in the left navigation bar, and then click

Remote Setup

Finder

menu bar, click

icon.

When your machine is connected via a Network, type the password if required.

2. Select

Address Book

in the navigation tree.

3. Click

4. Enter a name and an email address.
