AFTER SALES SERVICE
1. Warranty
Please read the contents carefully and keep it in a safe place. Please complete and mail in the warranty card
that was included with your chair.
If the chair is to be used outside the home (in a commercial setting, for example), fees will be charged for
repairs.
2. Repairs & Service
Before calling for repairs or service, use the Troubleshooting guide on pages 24-25 to see if the problem can
be solved easily. If the problem persists, contact Inada for assistance. Have the following information ready.
1) Your name, address and telephone number
2) Model number: See the specification field on page 28 of this Operating Manual,
or the company plate affixed to the back left of the chair.
3) Serial No.: See the company plate affixed to the back left of the chair.
4) Purchase date
5) Malfunction condition (give as much detail as possible)
Example: When the remote control buttons flash as shown in the figure on the
right, include the names of the flashing programs.

If the warranty is valid:
Please have your proof of purchase when you call for the repair. In some cases a charge will be applied even if the
warranty period has not elapsed. Read the warranty certificate carefully.

If the warranty has expired:
Contact Inada. If the product can be repaired, we will give you an estimate of the cost to repair the product.

Minimum storage period for service parts:
We will stock service parts (except fabric) for this electric massage chair for a minimum of five years after terminat

ing the production of the model. The service parts are those necessary for maintaining the function of the product.
