If the earbuds are not linking with each other, or not
working properly, try doing a factory reset by following
the steps below.
Before starting the Factory Reset process, open your
device’s Bluetooth list and delete Brookstone BKH650
from your paired devices list and then turn off the
device's Bluetooth feature.
1. Place both earbuds inside the Charging Case.
2. Remove either earbud from the case, and touch and
HOLD
the Multifunctional Touchpad of the earbud
for 8-10 seconds until the LED flashes RED 3 times
and it powers off.
3. While in the powered off state, touch and
HOLD
the
Multifunctional Touchpad of the earbud for 10-12
seconds even if the earbud turns ON. You'll hear
the "Factory Reset Completed" voice prompt and
the LED will flash solid WHITE once before it powers
off. This will clear the pairing information.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the other earbud.
