1 . Plug the POWER CORD into an outlet .
2 . Grip the POSITIONING HANDLES and drape the MAIN UNIT around
the back of your neck .
3 . Press the POWER button to begin the massage at the low intensity .
4 . Press the MASSAGE ROTATION button to switch the massage node
direction between clockwise and counterclockwise .
5 . Press the L button for LOW SPEED massage, and press the H button
for HIGH SPEED massage .
6 . Press the POWER button at any time to turn the unit off .
